Need a few files to play an .OGM file
Does anyone have a working link to a subtitle filter by the name of
SubTitDS1400
I need that and a few other files to play .OGM
If anyone knows of a package of filters and codec's that are required for .OGM plz plz let me know

you might want to try the software page on Doom9.org.
Software page should do the trick. Just look for the .ogg stuff you want.

Don't use SubTitDS, it's horribly buggy, At least for me, caused only problems.
Use VSfilter from Gabest - does the same but ten times better.
As for "package of filters required to play ogms", it's probably oggDS. I recommend also corevorbis for audio, because it's much better than oggds' audio decoder (I can't see official download page, corecodec is down, click here).
You can skip OggDS part if you're using media player classic (from Gabest again) - it has internal ogm splitter, just needs corevorbis for audio.
