adobe premiere 6.0 VOB fiel plugin?

I just got new computer that actually works so ive decided to ditch WMM2 and move on to adobe premiere 6.0. Ive tried sending VOB files through DVD2AVI but they come out in really junky quality and it takes FOREVER for them to finish. So i was wondering if someone could show me where to download a VOB file plugin for adobe premiere 6.0.

Have you read the part of EADF/BAG where it talks about saving project files in DVD2AVI/DGIndex and serving them to Premiere via AVISynth and the Premiere AVISynth import plugin (or making clips in VDubMod)? Because DVD2AVI has never been good for making actual AVI files, as counterintuitive as that sounds.
