DivX problems

I am having trouble with DivX. I open the .avi and then it plays for 10 seconds and then just stops. I play it in Windows Media Player and it only plays sound, but plays the whole video. What kind of codec do I need to play this video in DivX or Windows Media Player???? Please help!! THANK YOU!!!

.... www.divx.com .... its listed in the Guides, and you might want to install Xvid
again - after you install Divx ( it sounds like you have an error in one of those
containers.
