How do i make White beat flashes in premire pro??

Pretty much i have found that adjusting the opacity on keyframes in the right spot makes for black flashes or even overlays with clips. but how do i make white flashes? sorry for the simple question. i will try to think of a harder one for my next post:)

Export the video with the black flashes. Reimport it then go and do an inverse on the black flashes. This isn't a better method than the threads Janzki linked to, in fact it'd probably end up looking worse, but at least you'd have mad bragging rights for doing things the hard way.

a white jpeg on a another video track. Set speed suration really really fast. Mess with the opacity, viola.
