Premiere Pro 1.5 Problem

When I import an AVS file into Premiere Pro 1.5 the first time everything works out just fine..... then when i go to import my next avs file i get a "File Import Failure" The error states " The file appears to have no media data....

I've already reinstalled premire pro twice. the AMVapp 2.1 was reinstalled like 3 times.

WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP!
