Previewing Audio in After Effects 6

Im having problems when I preview my composition in After Effects and it has audio with it. When I hit "0" on my num. keypad it says mixing audio for preview and never gets off that ><. I can preview the video fine, just not with audio. Anyone know what might be wrong. If you need anymore info please dont be shy to ask, I would really like this problem solved. My audio is an un-compressed wav ripped from a cd btw. Thanks.
