I am guessing you are using Windows XP. Window Movie Maker is a free popular one.

Im gonna say this again, anything is free, you just need to know where to get it.

Depending on your skill level, if your new, use WMM for a while, then upgrade later on.

Im using it, but 4 some reason it just doesn;t responed most of the time. I think it is because of some program called "Haali Media Splitter"[/code]
