After Effects tutorial for newbies

A good After Effects tutorial was just posted at Creative Cow that walks you through a LOT of the basic AE functions. It goes really fast, cramming a ton of info into just 10 minutes, but I don't think its too complicated. Much better than the little tutorial I wrote a while back. I'd definately check it out if you are interested in learning the program. It's really not as hard as everyone makes it out to be :)

That works with Adobe WHAT.
Adobe is a software company. They make something like 20 different software products.

I know, my bad, I ment a guide for premiere,for after effects. It's ok I found the section in my book.
