After Effects tutorial for newbies

A good After Effects tutorial was just posted at Creative Cow that walks you through a LOT of the basic AE functions. It goes really fast, cramming a ton of info into just 10 minutes, but I don't think its too complicated. Much better than the little tutorial I wrote a while back. I'd definately check it out if you are interested in learning the program. It's really not as hard as everyone makes it out to be

That works with Adobe WHAT.
Adobe is a software company. They make something like 20 different software products.

I know, my bad, I ment a guide for premiere,for after effects. It's ok I found the section in my book.
