The video in WMM2.0 lags

This is really iritating.

When i import a rippt and decoded video in to WMM2.0 and then check the video by doubble klick on the picture of the scen, it works fine. But when i but it in the story board and play the scen, it hacks and goes slow.

Please can someone help me!?

Try one of these options:

1. Get more RAM
2. Make the file size smaller.
3. Close out everything running durring work (see 1)

Answers:
1:I have enough RAM.
2:I din't change that when i ripped and decoded another video and that one was there no problem with.
3: And everything is closed when i am editing.

Maybe it is the decoder i use?

As it seams, i forgot to pick a decoder in Virtualdub.
