Updating ASPI layer?

Hello there! I've decided to try my hand at making a music video. I have Windows XP. I am following the site's technical guide step by step.

My problem is this: I just ran the ASPI layer checker program, and it says, "ASPI is not properly installed. One or more components have been replaced with older versions of the software." What should I do to get the most recent version?
