well I was looking at it and I think that I need to make a video with no effects in premire and then take it to after effects is that right?
I also have many other problems like how do I umm like take a single thing like a person from one video and put it in another do I have to get it frame by frame and edit them and then put them in?
There is so much more if someone has msn or aim or yahoo and could help please I can learn it but I would like some help.

you could by importing the project file into after effects - or maybe you can do all the effects first and then put that rendered footage into premiere - it depeneds on a number of variables but you can use whatever method you think is easiest - and the only way you can choose which, is with expierinece, so get practising.well I was looking at it and I think that I need to make a video with no effects in premire and then take it to after effects is that right?
