avisynth... average data rate=0 per second
ok, i was editing my .avs files happily, making my amv when all of a sudden the .avs files started getting REALLY choppy and pixelated whenever i played them in premiere (plays fine outside of premiere). i looked at the properties for the clips, and it says that the data rate is 0 per second. now i have no idea what that means but i'm betting it has something to do with the problem. I tried uninstalling avisynth and then reinstalling, but that did nothing. I'm afraid i accidentally changed some setting in premiere that messed it up, but i have no idea what that would be. If someone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing is wrong. It registers as 0 kbps because AviSynth is a frameserver and technically doesn't have a bitrate of it's own, so that's no surprise.
As for them not playing right in Premiere, editing with AviSynth scripts is very memory-intensive, even if you're using it to serve the LQ MJPEG files into Premiere. If you're using it with the VOB files, choppy playback can indefinitely be expected. You'll just have to live with it.
