xvid script for adobe

when I use this in adobe:
SetMemoryMax(16)
AVISource("C:\Documents and Settings\Wolf\Desktop\Naruto 132.avi")

everything works out fine. Then I export the timeline in huffyu then put it in virtualdubmod. One problem, when I use a strobe effect, or have transpartacy you can see lines (interlacning looking lines lol) but the rest of the footage looks good. what can I do?

Check your export settings from Premiere. You most likely have it set to a field order instead of no field order.

I checked that and thats not the case.
