Premiere Wont Run

All of a sudden whenever i try to start premiere the load screen will come up and then bam!It shuts off..can anyone please help me?

Had the same problem some month ago right after I had installed a new codec. Premiere wouldn't start, it just as you said shutdown at the loading screen. However after uninstalling the new codec it started to work again. So my tips would be if you have installed any new programs or codec’s recently, try to uninstall them and see if it works then.

well i removed the recent programs that I installed after adobe premiere,and it still hasn't fixed the problem,also reinstalling premiere dosnt seem to fix the problem either V_V.

you should of tried system restore points and restored to a day when premiere did run.

I allready tried system restore no good,i have also noticed that my itunes is doing the same thing....>_> dose this mean i am gonna have to reinstall windows or worse reformat O_O!?
