Need help with DVD Decrypter

How do you know which ones are the ones w/o English, Spanish or Japanese subtitles? And for that fact, how can you tell which ones are in English?

the video on a DVD does not have the subtitles 'hard subbed' onto the video. You can basically leave out the subtitles and audio and just save the video file.
