which adobe premiere version do you recommend?

as the title says! i currently own adobe premiere version 6.0 which i was given as a gift from my teacher. is this a good version or...which do you recommend?

It's a good one. I like 6.5 a little better but there aren't really any major changes from 6.0.

I like 1.5. It was a gift from a friend (he gave me the disc because he didn't know how to use it and lost the manuel.) So I've taught myself how to use that program and still learning... now if only I knew how to get a faux-3D plugin I'd be set.

thats adobe premiere pro isn't it? unless your just running a really old version of premiere...
i've used 6.0 its pretty good. theres nothing bad about it.

6.5 is ultimative ver. of premiere - has 7 more FXs from 6.0 and has better compatability with NTFS. and can use other plug-ins,not only integrated one.

i've used 6.0 its pretty good. theres nothing bad about it.
yep, it's adobe premiere pro. I really like it.

i reccomend 6.5 simply because it offers more features then previous versions and because i don't like premiere pro :/ pro just operates a little different then 6.5 but it's a big enough difference that make me not want to use it.

I don't like Premiere Pro because its slow as hell on my (pretty decent) system.

that too... i think 6.5 runs a lot faster then pro. plus you aren't required to use xp.
