I have two problems... First is quality and thn its a freezing problem
My first problem is with the quality of my video. When i exported my finished video(from adobe), the quality was bad. When I decoded my clips with a lossles codec(lagirth) and used those clips in my video, the quality on my first video on my PC was perfect. Now when i try it on adobe preimere on my laptop the quality is worse. Are there any settings for adobe premiere to optizmse the quality?
My second problem is with the constant freezings with VLC player. When i play my AMV in VLC it freezes most of the time, this happens with all my AMV's so it isnt a coinisedence. Thankx in advance

for your first question: were you exporting as uncompessed video (and possibly audio too) or using huffy/lagarith as the compressor?
if not, then you could very easily get a poor quality export (go figure...default settings usually suck)...so when exporting (unless you don't have the space) I'd suggest using Lagarith (or huffy)
if you are exporting uncompressed (or even with huffy or lagarith) and getting bad qaulity, it might be the size of the file. In general the bigger a file is, the harder it is for your computer to play it, so perhaps compressing it in vdub(/mod) with xvid (per EADFAG guidelines) would be an option here.
you probably aren't dealing with bad quality footage (but it could happen....somehow) but bad in = bad out.
for your second question: do you have Ffdshow installed? (or any other codec pack) if so, there may be some conflicts between codecs, which has been known to cause videos to not play (among other things)
try uninstalling ffdshow (or any other codec pack) and restart, see if that works.
