OSX equivalent to VDub for Saving Clips?

Everything mentioned previously will work, though I prefer MPEG Streamclip. Drag your file in, set in and out points using the I and O keys, then export. You can do DV, any codec in a MOV, demux to MPEG, whatever. My guide for using Streamclip.

Though, backtracking on that, if you want lots of little clips, avidemux or Clip Creator would be better. Streamclip is still faster than QuickTime though.
