I'll send the file to whoever wants it. Sure the whole thing is slightly complicated but changing a few values to fit your needs certainly isn't.

You can get a modified version of that effect. I used it for the end of Shinji's Downfall. All you need to do is make some LOOOONG fades from one clip to another. If done right, it looks kinda decent.
