Premiere errors

I use adobe premiere 6.0 and all of a sudden whenever i import a file, it gives me an illegal operation error message saying it made an error in PREMINFO.dll..can someone tell me how to fix this problem? its preventing me from making any videos

Are you importing a divx video?

yeah it is a divx video, and no my harddrive isint full, it also gave me some kind of error message about KERNEL32.dll

Premiere doesn't like importing DivX files. It never gave me any crap about it, but apparently some people do have that issue.
Ask me about my secret stash of videos that can't be found anywhere anymore.
