Adding audio to Avisynth files

Post by Nate RFB » Sun Jun 08, 2003 6:00 pm

Namely, how do you do it? I have a .mpg file, and wanted to crop some stuff off the sides....no problem. But when I open up the Avisynth file in a media player, there isn't any sound. I can suspect you have to somehow attach it, but what is the syntax you use? Does it have to be a separate .wav or (preferably) .mp3 file? Can I just somehow get it out of the original .mpg file like I did for the video?

Yes your audio would need to be a seperate file.
