Question about Ulead VideoStudio 7.0 demo

I recently downloaded the Ulead VideoStudio 7.0 demo, and was thinking about purchasing the full version of it when the trial expired. That was, until I couldn't find a way of saving the project I was working on. except by exiting the program itself (or by creating a video of it). Then I couldn't open the saved project file.

Is that normal? Due to it being a demo version? I know that After Effects projects can't be saved, if you download their demo.

Regardless, I tried using it, originally, with my Season Tidings video. I intended on just leaving my computer on, day and night until the video was done. But, of course, it crashed, losing several hours worth of work, and I ended up using Pinnacle 8, which had some problems as well.

hmmm I have used that program and you should be able to save it, control>s is the hotkey for it.
