Help please! (Japanese Text)

Dose anyone know where i can download japanese text support for my windows 98? im getting tierd of going to a japanese page and seeing a bunch of stupid jibberish symbols instead of japanese text. So can someone please help me?

Actually you should be able to stay updated with "Windows Update"
It's under Tools in Internet Explorer. It keeps this piece of crap running.

if he/she didnt install the japanes text then it will not update the files that are not installed
