Strange problem while exporting to HuffYuv with premiere

I finished my AMV and I want to export it to HuffYuv, naturally. So I export it, everything seems to work but then, when I play the huffyuv it's missing a small part of my AMV somewhere near the middle. Like 3 to 4 seconds but only the video, the audio is intact well it's shortened but not cut because of the missing part everything is delayed so the audio is missing 3 to 4 seconds at the end. My AMV is ruined cause of this. Why is this happening. I tried exporting in huffyuv only the part that it's cutting and it works. But each time I want to export the whole thing in huffyuv the same part is cut. It only happens for the huffyuv codec, for example I exported it in PICvideo Lossless JPEG codec with no problem.

If exporting *JUST* the cut stuff works, then you can export the video in 3 parts: everything before that part, that part, and after that part. Then write up an AVS script to string them together. Quick and dirty, but it works.
