um this isnt really antyhing with video but it has to do with the org and my dsl so here it gos :?

is that even posible or is it lieing to me badly. after i took that screen the second one jumped up to 4000kbps and they stayed like that till they finished

Unless your download completes in about 1-2 seconds, I doubt that number is correct.

it wasnt 1 - 2 seconds but it wasnt the normal speed. maybe i got a spike of 600kbps and it put an extra zero there. the downloads were dont in like a minute.

Sure you haven't downloaded it recently and it isn't in the browser's cache or something?

Some browsers (well at least IE and Firefox) start downloading the file before they ask you where to save it. Once you select the location, speed-o-meters suddenly realize that - say - 100kb has been downloaded so soon. And show such things.
