I still can't figure out how to use vertal dub, can anyone help?

do you mean virtualdub? And what do you want to do with it?

yeah virtualdub, and I want to know how to remove sub titles from episodes, or just removing sub titles from w/e.

The easiest way to get rid of subtitles is to have source footage with none in it. (Hence, get DVDs.)
