What program is best for creating AMV's?

i tried Ulead 4.0 :( *thumbs down*
and i tried Adobe premiere which wont load on my computer. help!! :(

You can always use Windows Movie Maker. While not the program of choice at the Org, some creators use it to great effect.

By the by, do you know why Premiere is not working on your comp? I.e. are you getting an error message?

i try opening it with winzip and nothing happens >.< i had premiere on my computer before. but my sister d/l a bunch of crap so i had to restore. so i lost all the videos i made and adobe premiere.

have you tryed adobe.com and downloaded the demo. Also stick with premire 6.0 don't go for pro. As premiere pro didn't allow rendering through ram and is a very bad product. Stick with 6.0 or lower. Haven't had much expirement with lower then 6.0 but have heard good things. THis whole idea of geting a good editing program like avid or final cut and magically makeing a good amv is a dream of the past. I've seen amazing videos through windows movie maker so it the sturctive but how you can stretch it. Like for example you could do all the effects in premire that aftereffects overs. It only more clustered because premiere isn't designed stickly for effects. Just stick with permiere 6.0 or lower. It may have a big ass learning culve but it worth it in the long run.

Adobe premiere6.0 and windows movie maker2 are the best programs to make amv's
