7.0 overlay

How do you overlay a clip ontop of another!? ive been trying to figure it out but just cant! i have the free trial version. . . .can that be why?. . .

Put the two clips in two different video tracks.

Adjust the opacity and motion settings of the one in the higher track until you get a pleasing result.

Don't be afraid to use tools like the Garbage Matte for to aid you in this. They can be very helpful.

Experiment.

Read the help files (I assume they do come with the demo version).
