Help with Adobe Premiere 6.5

In Adobe Premiere 6.5, is there some sort of effect that can zoom into a corner? I found Camera View, but I can only get it to zoom in the center of the video. I want to zoom it into the upper right corner of the video...

This is easily done in the Motion window, by combining the zoom/scale setting (I don't remember which they call it) and the standard motion setting.
