Fast reverse in Vegas 4?

Is it at all possible to play a clip at a velocity below -100% (like -200%)? Or is the only way to just render it at -100%, load that clip back in, and render that one at 200%?

Try using both the velocity envelope and event compression. Enable velocity envelope and pull the line to the bottom (-100%). Then control-drag the right edge of the event towards the left.
