I am trying to use VirtualDubMod, but it's not working. The picture comes out slow and choppy, and there is no sound. What's going on?

Audio does not play in Vdubmod when you scrub through. You have to preview in order for it to play audio.

Also, scrubbing through can be choppy depending on what you have opened.

I did preview it, and it still didn't play audio.

That may well be the cause you cannot hear audio.
