Shadow Hearts FMV

Hey i just played the game Shadow Hearts Convenant and i wanted to put some of the fmvs on my computer and i cant find any program that will let me do that. The files are in .pkb and .irx file types. I tried psxmc and it doesn't have the right plugins for it so if anyone could help me out here i'd appreciate it.
