Slow-motion, wtf?

Why do some movies appear to run (and sound, also) in slow-motion? I have the Divx Codec... I am not sure if the files that are playing in slo-mo are divx but yeah.

Any suggestions how to fix this??

ah, nevermind.

I had this audio plugin on my media player and it was messin stuff up, I didnt even have it enabled but when I removed it it worked fine.
