I've finished an approximately two minute long video, and now I'm trying to export it. I'm using the same settings I used when I exported another video that was more complex just fine, however, now after its already 1/2 done, it tells me that the disk is full. This can't be right, because I'm using an external harddrive that has 119 GB free. As for the export settings, I'm leaving the video uncompressed (I've never gotten divx to work with premiere, it doesn't work) and using Microsoft ACPDM audio compressor at 41000 hz and 16-bit. The version of permiere is premiere pro v7.0
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks ^^

If your export settings worked before, I don't know why they wouldn't work now. Have you installed any new codecs recently?
I would recommend though, try compressing your video using Huffyuv instead of uncompressed, smaller file size with same quality. DivX will never work in Premiere, same as Xvid. Also, leave your audio uncompressed, it's that much less that Premiere will have to deal with. You'll be able to compress the audio later when you get the vid ready for distribution.
If this doesn't work, you should make sure that your external HDD doesn't have any errors on it, and that it's got a good connection. Good luck.

Thanks, I actually got it to work out (apparently the connection to my HDD was too slow and the temp folder filled up, so I saved it to local HDD). But now that its complete, it will not play. I've tried uncompressed audio and video with no codecs at all. But yet, when it tries to play it plays maybe half a second, pauses, then plays another half second, and pauses, etc. etc.
It happens without audio as well. This happened when I did progressive scan, I don't know if that's viable to do on a computer. (Forgive me, this is all terribly new). But does the interlacing or deinterlacing have any effect on the playback? What would cause that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(I REALLY want to move on and stop obsessing about this)

Well, I'm not very good with interlacing stuff, so maybe someone else will jump in here. As I understand it though, it won't affect the playback so much as it could affect the quality of what your actually seeing. But I think you may have a different problem.
If you're not using a codec at all for the video, chances are you're simply clogging up your system with too much info. For a 2 minute video being exported from Premiere with Huffyuv, your file size should be in the range of 1.5 to 2 Gigs, maybe even a little less. If you've got a huge file with a large bitrate, then even a solid performing PC is gonna have trouble with it.
Try exporting your vid from Premiere with Huffyuv. There are other lossless codecs out there, but this one comes with the AMVapp package. If you need some help with those export setttings, look through This Guide. It'll probably point out some other things that will be useful to you. Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the help, I fixed it.
It turns out that it was huge file, and my computer had trouble crunching through it. I just didn't bother to preview it before I compressed everything with virtual dub and it worked out perfectly.
Thanks for all your help and advice.
