What is the program that allows you to take certain videos and put them in others? for example some anime watching tv and putting another video in the tv?

I think you can do that with Avid free, since you can have multiple video tracks. If you have Photoshop and can create a mask from the source you want to use, it's entirely possible. (Can't be sure, though. I have only fiddled with that program a little bit.)

umm..to save a lot of hassle do you think windows movie maker can do it?

Nope. You need to be able to have multiple video tracks to be able to do that, unless you want to do a frame-by-frame edit in photoshop. That would be more of a hassle, IMO.

Unless someone out there has found a tricky way to do it. You can always ask in this forum to see. Probably a better place for this thread.
