SquareSoft Video Viewer Help

I was going around my videogames for inspiration on a side project, and I noticed the game Bouncer. I would love to rip the footage off this video game and use it in an amv, but while cruising the net, I'm unable to find a working program that can view and modify *.DAT files.

If anyone has any recommendations, that would be appreciated.
