DVD Architect question

I'm wanting to take the RahXephon episodess that I have and burn them to high quality DVD's with menus and such. The only problem is the episodes are VLC media files with dual audio and such and I do not know how to get them onto DVD Architect. I want to set up the DVD to where you can select what language and subtitles you want but I don't know how to work with VLC files. Please help.
