ff VIII footage

I know I posted something about this before, but I didn't get much help in the other topic. All I want to do is get some fmv footage from ff VIII. If somebody could just direct me to a tutorial other then the one that is on here because that one doesn't help at all. I downloaded some dvd decrypter but that doesn't work for the ps1 games, and I got some psmplay but I have no clue how to use it. So I would appreciate some type of help
