Kratos could totally beat up your dad. With his own limbs. Unless your dad is Voltron.

It really isn't that difficult.

1) Click razor in toolbox.
2) Put razor where you want to cut and click.
3) Click arrow in toolbox.
4) Select clip you just cut.
5) ???
6) PROFIT

Just play around with a lot of the features in the program and like earlier person said, read the help & manual and you'll be able to learn a lot of things. I can honestly say that I know how to use Premiere Pro pretty well now myself and I learned everything on my own except for having to look up keyframing in the help section of Premiere Pro.

right click on the clip before while its in the bin. open trimmer. make the in and out mark. click insert into timeline.
re-intall WMM directly into you recycling bin, or burn it to a cd, throw it in a fireplace, then wash your hands

First get into the editing mode for Premiere, click on the menu Window -> Workspace -> Editing.

Import your clip to the Project screen (left hand side) clipboard by clicking on File -> Import (go choose your clip) Double click it to have it show up on the Monitor Preview pane (middle top).
Using the timeline "arrow" under the clip, go to the start of the clip sequence that you want to add, hit the " { " icon, that is your start point (set in point ) to import the clip sequence. No go to the end of the sequence you want to add and click the " } " icon. You now have a start and end point for the clip you want to import (you'll see that it will be highlighted on the timeline).

Now, mouse over to the clip on the preview pane, click, drag and drop onto a Timeline Track at the bottom of the screen (Video 1 or 2 or 3 etc).
Do that for all the sequences you want to add to the tracks. This will avoid using the razor too much.

You could also use the Insert or Overlay buttons on the Monitor screen when you get used to adding clips.

Anyway, that was a whole chapter in a few paragraphs. Get Frostwire and do a search for Adobe Premiere Bible, it's out there, download it and read it.

I hope you understood that because reading it myself I can't, you just have to play with it.
