Gordian??

Has anyone ever heard of Gordian? My cousin was telling that he heard from one of his friends that it was pretty cool and useful. I'm reluctant to believe him because he's more of a noobie at this then I am. Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have heard or tried this program.

It's called Gordian Knot.

It's a very good program for ripping dvds to divx but it's very awkwark at doing anything else (it doesnt have an avi input yet so it's not that easy for encoding amvs) ^_^;;
