Help with Adobe!

I'm making Vid using Premiere 6.0 for the first time and was wondering if there's a way to create vids in MPEG format? I only know how to export timeline as a movie(Avi) and Windows Media. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Read the guides, maybe? And this should've gone in Video Software help.

But try the guides. Should be on the main page of the site.
