Not only is this not the correct thread for you to post such a messsage, you clearly didn't even bother to read any of the posts in this thread before you posted that here.

Your message should be in Off-Topic.

That said, you need to learn to type and spell. Your color scheme, while readable, is not very attractive. Your choices of backgrounds on your artwork pages looks amateurish and crude. There's more I could say, but I'm not really in the mood to critique.

What is the first thing you do when you install a new forum? Post a test message.
