Video info more restricted over time

I still don't quite understand why old information needs to be archived, but I can't complain. The preview button is a spiffy addition ^_^

Helps to read the entire thread... yeah, I know 7 pages may be daunting but if people really care they will read and find out what was discussed in the thread and get an idea of any progress that has been made.

I found out about this the hard way. I ended up posting comments like "what's going on" or "huh?" about one of my old videos and can't delete it. At least it was one of my crappier videos.
