Panda shouldn't have been banned when he tried to come back the second time, so I voted yes.

The sheer amount of mind numbing, uneducated pre pubescent egomaniacal stupidity that is spewed out on a daily basis from this forum is of such a volume and magnitude it makes my head spin.
Where was it we drew the line exactly?

My humble suggestion would be to either let him back (with a warning of course), or keep him out and purge the rest of these absolutely useless spamming eight year olds that do nothing to contribute to the community but hike up Phade's cost for bandwidth.

My 2 cents.

indeed, what Spamda got banned for (the second time, and it's still controvertial (sp?) ) is small stuff compared to the rambling nonsense I've seen since then, besides it's almost been half a year, let the poor basterd back in.

i enjoy sppandas videos as part of the community .. i think on that base .. my vote would have gone to letting sppanda back in .. but .. pie .. ultimately wins.

Sorry (It was a cheap shot, I know).

Anyways, I think no matter where you are on the internet there are gonna be jokers and spammers. Sppanda on the other hand actually MAKES amvs and contributes to the community. Sure he cracked twice and went out of hand, but to be honest it wasn't anything the mods couldn't handle. I say we let him in again, and warn him that if he goes on another spamda rampage anywhere but WOT, he gets banned again.
