dude. . .like its any big secret how a board is administrated. . .

theres only a couple good ways to do it or it shows in many other ways. Any board i've been to that -wasn't- managed in the way just outlined usually sucked anyways. . .

...no big surprise. . .and for about 80% of us,probably wont matter much.
