Web Programmers Needed

in 10th grade right now, and i know C, Pascal (back from when we lived in Fort Drum we didn't have enough money for anything better), HTML, and learning Perl, what I really want to learn is LISP!!

I know I'm very new here, and probably wont be much help.
But I know a few things about HTML.
I've been designing sites for 8 or so years now?
Love making Graphics.
I'm 18 By the way.

I know PhpBB. Easy Program.
I was a site mannager for a friend.
