You would have to ask the creators themselves. While we cannot copyright our videos our studio names and logos we can copyright and it's perfectly legal. I've allready copyrightend the name "Wired Knight Productions" I don't use it for much but this way no one else can at all.

Suggestion: Have seasonal themed items as well. Christmas coming up pretty quick, best buisiness time of the year.
