But if you added up the votes for the people who don't want him back, the people who like pie, and the people who don't care, then they out number the people who want him back.
It's pretty much up to Phade as to which side those votes for the people who don't care go to. He doesn't even really have to listen to us, as it comes down to the choice of the admin.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So he did some dumb shit the first time, and he rightfuly was banned for a week or two. Then he came back and said some shit, and some other people said other shit, he got perma-banned, and he was like "Oh shit O.o"
So he made his own forum, and spammed and shit, and let of some steam and didn't really even bitch much. He knew what he had done wrong, and while still feeling he was in the right, he probably realized some of it was stupid shit.
So then his forums go down, and he is bored and shit. He decides to fess up for some of the shit, and Phade posts this poll and shit. We all vote and shit, and some spamming shit happens on page 4.
I say all this....because my train of thought derailed when it hit a dry cow patty.
Anyways, SpPANDA isn't malicious and is overall fairlly well tempered. Bring him back and tell him to tread lightly....meh!

a) I am new and dont know him so it does not concern me i just wanted to vote on something or
b) I wanted to vote but only if the option I vote for is completely retarded and has nothing to do with the poll.
Therefore, you DONT add up the last three options. It is the first vs. the second. And Phade wouldnt have posted this is he felt it was up to him to judge SpPanda. He obviously felt that as an online community, we have brains enough to determine whether or not we will let him back into the site.
Personally, I feel that since this is the first time we have been given this sort of democratic ability, we should use it full-heartedly and not sit here and be retarded about it.
Just for the record, even when he was here, I barely knew the guy. Even at his forum, all I knew was that he liked people to speak their mind, even if it was incoherent babble. I dont think he is going to do this site any harm. Currently, we are plagued by far worse, and the signal to noise matter has already been established. He will be brought up to speed and all will be well.
