Can Anyone Help Me?

Can anyone help me please? I am trying to upload a new video, but everytime I try and do that, the site gives me the continual option of uploading a video I've already uploaded. I can't get the page button to cancel my previous upload request either. It's clearly a script/page downloading error but I don't know how to fix it, or request another (different) upload. Can anyone help me please?

have you tried closing the internet browser and then resuming the upload ??
