I used to download with no problems, now I cant

Before my browser blocked it so I said ignore, and it worked perfectly, now it doesnt do anything, it just sits on the download page.

Any suggestions?

there should be a link that appears at the bottom of the download page that says something like, "if the download hasn't started, click this link" and then it should bring up the download manager for your browser.

Another way around this is to hold the ctrl button when you click the link or button that brings you to the download page.
holding ctrl overrides the security settings (at least it does in IE, I haven't had to try that in any other browser)
